JL6 Link operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal requests suspended until verification is complete.

In all cases, JL6 Link's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
